# Security: I’m not receiving the PIN code by SMS

**You need to receive a code via SMS to add a bank account on royaltiz.**

**What should you do if you don’t receive the code?**

* Make sure the phone number you entered is correct, that you have network coverage, and that you’re not abroad (this can sometimes cause issues).
* If everything seems fine, **do not press the button multiple times**, as this may trigger a security lock on the system.
* Instead, please contact our support team for assistance.
