royaltiz and its partner MANGOPAY do not charge any fees when you credit your Wallet or withdraw funds, as long as your bank account is located within the European Union (SEPA transfers from your Wallet to your bank account are free). Some transfer fees could be applied depending on your international location. You need to receive a code via SMS to add a bank account on royaltiz. What should you do if you don’t receive the code? Make sure the phone number you entered is correct, that you have network coverage, and that you’re not abroad (this can sometimes cause issues). Our payment provider Mangopay requires verification of every new bank account added to the Royaltiz platform. To do this, you must go through a security module using your mobile phone number.
